The Barcelona football club was founded in 1899 by a group of Spanish, English and Swiss players and plays its home games in the Camp Nou, one of the largest stadium in the world and the largest in Europe with a capacity of 98,772 seats. The team colours are red and blue.
FC Barcelona is one of the succesful clubs in Europe and won 13 official major European trophies, include 3 UEFA Champions League titles. In addition it is one of the most richest clubs in the world.
